It’s been a while since I last posted (and that was kinda an impulse-”I feel like posting something random” post LOL).

2012. Wow. I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I’ve officially graduated from university. And almost a year since I started working with the agency I’m with now (though less than 6 months in terms of full-time work). Still kind feels weird being out of school, but nice to know that work from work (on most occasions) doesn’t go home with me after work.

Even though I only took a week off for the holidays, I had an awesome week of catching up with multiple friends who I hadn’t seen since summer/grad/years. Next year I’m most likely going to New York for New Years Eve (though I say we plan to party in our hotel room -I’m a small person ya’know) woOt!

Anyway, being the new year (and January) I’d thought it’d be appropriate to post a cliche post of resolutions.
Or in my casse goals for the current and (x) amount of years hurrhurrhurr:

-get my drivers license (it’ll happen, really it will)
-finish grade 10 piano certificate requirements (aiming by the end of this year)
-get back to J-blogging more (and music transcribing, and translating more xD)
-finish writing FF13 review (it’s in my drafts, or rather has been there for….a while)
-work on more motion/video/after effects stuff
-create photo projects
-get FF13-2
-hijack friend’s Wii to play Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword
-play/finish unfinished games (it’s a long list that only gets bigger *sighhhhh*)

I’m sad I couldn’t get around to setting up my planned “Gazette 10th Anniversary Fan Covers CD Project” (like what I did for their 7th anniversary) DARRRRRRRRRR. I had planned to start it a year before their anniversary (March 10th) which turned to wanting to start it 10 months before their anniversary, which turned to almost forgetting about it (partially due to the glorious idiot out there who messed with my domain files forcing me to erase a crapload of stuff). fufufufufu. Anyway, I still want to do the project, just have to figure out timing. But this is unrelated anyway so….

Side note: I also saw Mission Impossible 4 and Sherlock Holmes 2 over the holidays. Both were awesome, highly recommend seeing both if you haven’t already! I still wanna see TinTin (though kinda wish I were seeing it in French…with subtitles LOL)

This is my first time working from home. Well….taking a lunch break at home atm. Why am I working at home? Because it’s *cough* one of those glorious times of the month. Specifically one of the occasions where I’m in pain to the point where movement below my waist is painful, my legs are sore all the time, and I’m hungry because breakfast and dinner from the day before didn’t stay in my stomach (though at the same time, not hungry because when I do try to eat, I can’t eat much). Yep, I woke up this morning feeling like this, which was exactly how I felt the night before I went to bed. I also ran out of advil OTL. So instead of dragging myself in pain to work and pretend not to feel like shit I opted to do work stuff from home (though I did drag myself to the basement where my computer is).

Luckily this only lasts 1/5 days every month, and luckily this actually hasn’t been happening as often as it did in junior high school and high school (this was a normal occurrence for me in high school every month)
I’m sure those of you who know what I’m talking about will get what I mean xD;;;;
And if you don’t, don’t worry about it hoho.

Hot water is my best friend right now.

I shall stop complaining now xD

The song I’m listening to right now btw (see Melody above) is awesome. You should Google/Youtube/Grooveshark it and listen to it. It’s from one of the films I saw at the Toronto International Film Festival this year. I could only find this song in French but I can’t wait to hear the English version again when the movie comes out 8D
